Help needed to edit transit switch point property

Hi. I believe this is a very simple question for you modders, but still I'm enable to understand...

I'd like to mod all mass transit exemplars in order to let pedestrians and cars enter and exit only from side indicated by arrow (that appear when you want to plop the building)

for example, passenger rail station (6534284a/c8dbccba/035b000)

its transit switch point property is  0x81,0xF0,0x00,0x00,0x81,0xF0,0x01,0x00,0x81,0xF0,0x03,0x00,0x82,0xF0,0x00,0x03,0x82,0xF0,0x00,0x00

that is OTI,all,walk,walk,OTI,all,car,walk,OTI,all,train,walk,ITO,all,walk,train,ITO,all,walk,walk (where OTI stands for outiside-to-inside and ITO the opposite)

well, I tried editing it in OTI,Nord,walk,walk,OTI,Nord,car,walk,OTI,Nord,train,walk,ITO,Nord,walk,train,ITO,Nord,walk,walk

because I thought that nord was the side indicate by arrow, but it didn't work (ie: no one entering in the station).

question: where i was wrong? and how can i edit it in order to obtain what i want?

"North" is always the top side of the lot, as displayed in the Lot Editor - "South" is the other side, obviously (the side that is marked with the road in the LE preview window). The preview arrow in the game is pointing towards "south", not "north".
