Welcome everyone to my first city Journal, and I am so excited! It is called the Republic of Sanora. The nation is located between The United States and Mexico. By the way, I have used many BATS from Simgoober, also Pegasus. I am also using the April NAM and Another traffic Controler.

Because of its close proximity with Mexico and The U.S. The nation is home to about 60% Mexicans, 20% European Descent, 15% Spanish, 5% Other.

The Regional Population is a staggering 620,000 people and I only have been working on this region for 2 weeks. There are three main cities that you need to know of right now. They are Sanora (The largest and the Capital), Newark (the second largest), and Port Sanora (The largest port in North America).

The Weather is Warm almost all year long with its average temp in Winter to be only 69 degrees. Its summer average is 92 degrees. About Three Hurricanes hit the Area every Hurricane season. Only every 50 years is there a massive category 5.

Unlike other Nations in the world. The Republic of Sanora is completely GREEN! This means that oil is banned within the country. And cars that run on oil are also banned. The air is the cleanest in the world. Water is also the cleanest. Cities like Sanora and Newark run on Solar energy and Thermal Energy. Vehicles run on state of the Art Lithium Batteries. Because of all the green energy, the Nation is in a HUGE Booming age, unlike the U.S. which is in the beginnings of a depression because of oil prices. So a lot of people are moving from Texas and Arizona and going to The Republic of Sanora.

For this first update, I will be showing downtown Sanora and all the sights of the Waterfront.

This is an overview of Downtown

This is the main waterfront with many shops, this is a very relaxing area for the people who live in the Waterfront District.

With the Waterfront, it is the Largest sports complex in North America. It has a Soccer field

Baseball field

Main Sports Arena

And will soon be opening a football stadium (Sanorians have grown to love football, who knew!)

Also in the Waterfront District, there are many Germans who have constructed churches to meet their catholic needs.

Finally, The only island in Sanora is Crusaders Island, Home to the wealthiest citizens in the whole country.

Hey, nice CJ. Hypertrophy is located in the North Pacific between California and Oregon Border just 700 miles west of the United States. We're neighbors We ought to open an alliance partner.  Plus Hypertrophy enforces the "Green Law"

Fantastic! When can I move in? Any nation that successfully shakes off the shackles of oil deserves all the plaudits. Is nuclear banned? I always build nuclear. It has an undeserved bad reputation, and modern plants are extremely safe. I like your development too. Especially the placement of the 'birds nest'. I bet the view of the stadium and skyline from the bridge is on all the postcards!
