Ok well hey there my name is Zippo and I have played this game on and off for as long as it been out. I always seemed to get tired of it, because well when you run as many towns into the ground as i have you would too. So well i have just re-installed it and well i am ready to give it a another go. So I have now a couple of good cities that are some in the red some in the black.

So i have came here asking y'all a few questions. Witch many of have probably been asked 100 times before. So if there are any FAQ's that i haven't see please tell me about them.

Ok now the Questions.

1) Ok well there are a few  things on the site that have cought my eye. Like the larg Hospital, or the more money plug in. But the problem is that I have no clue how to add these to the game.

2) Now how do i use the NAM? I have it Installed and i ahve all the extra stuff that goes in the game but what does this thing do exactly?

3) I have heard of places that have Cities that you can down load, and i was wondering is there any good sties out that in witch you can do this?

Well these are the only couple that i can think of right now but im sure i can think of more later.

1)You need unzip it at mydocuments/simcity4/plugins(see readme for more details)

2)NAM add some fetures for the traffic,like roundroads and others

3)I don't know

Do NOT download any cities. They will cause your game to run slow, as they are huge files. Another tip: Do NOT download anything from simcity.ea.com. It is all crap there, make sure you stick to the STEX.

1. Madog covered that. i would not get winzip! people say its good, but it only lasts for month, and then you have to buy it. go to google and search for 'zip' or 'unzipping files'. ah, i found where mine is here.

2. it just helps with traffic, and gives you more options for traffic control.

3. you can download cities, but what is the point? it is better to download regions, and then make your own cities. there is one place here where it is a region that has development. but use the STEX for new regions, or go to sc4devotion.com to get more stuff at their LEX.
