Bangkok vs. Jakarta vs. Manila

Before anything, I would like to apologize if there was a thread just like this already.

From what I'm seeing (or not seeing), these particular East Asian cities seem to be getting little media attention (like Mexico City and Sao Paolo). At first I thought of making a thread showcasing these cities, but I think it would be more interesting if we put them up on a poll.

Bangkok, Thailand

Jakarta, Indonesia

Manila, Philippines

As you can see, these wikipictures don't exactly do the cities justice so feel free to post pictures yourself to help drive your opinion.

My answer would, of course, be Manila but that's because I've already been there twice and I would like to see the other two cities for myself. It's another reason why I made this poll--to see Bangkok and Jakarta's side too.

Jakarta. Satelite photos of airports do them justice; and in this class Jakarta's massive bungalow-gated airport wins. The other two looks good too (in different classes, naturally!), but despite Jakarta's massive size it retained some "tropical" features.

I'd go for Jakarta in terms of skyscraper diversity. Then again i was born there.... but the skyline is very... whats the word inconsistent? Also VERY little green spces let alone parks. But hey theyre improving... i think
