Problem With Simgoober Bats

Here is my problem...

Almost every BAT from simgoober with parking lots only show every other parking lot tile. I have downloaded evry dependency from the LEX list and every new thing i download i get all the dependencies. 

Here is my question...

Is there any way i can replace these textures with a differnt pack

or

Can you tell me what im missing?

Did you read the dependency list that comes with the BAT? Simgoober is one of the better BATs when it comes to lots, and documenting them. Follow his instructions and you shouldn't have a problem.

I always read the readme (well most of the time :-D ) 

I think i have all the dependencies but it as if something is trying to overwrite the texture. 
i really don't know

Well, you might have some plugins that conflict with Simgoober's megapacks. I believe Ilive's Reader tool allows you to check for conflicts. (It's a bit crude, but seems to work. I've used it before to find conflicts.)
