I like you C.J. but were is the skyline!? Work on development because your city has very good potetial for a major city with a beautiful skyline or else you wont get my good review when it comes to it, even if you try to beat it out of me! XP But seriously I like it and keep up the good work and remember what I said. WORK ON IT! On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 5.

Very nice layouts in your towns.  I'm guessing all the destruction was so you could rezone?  4.gif  I'd really like to see some more expansion into suburbia and see how you zone for it.  Where did you get those red trees?  Are they ploppable or part of your terrain mod in God mode?

dbranch: ha ha ha you guessed right, I did destroy all that because I wanted to rezone to make the city more surburbianan (if that is a word) and those trees are on the exchange they are ploppable but they are quick to plop.

Okay here we go. . .expansion continues in Nixa and suburbs begin branching out to the city limits.

The city planners of Nixa plan to build a new neighborhood in and around this small ditch.

very nice suburban layouts.  How do you maintain all that commercial?  Do you use the demand mod?
