Because soo many depencies that i have to download...it not just in one website...

The whole purpose of dependancies is to allow a sharing of work - without any violations of potential copyrights.

And your all inclusive "full pack" idea would most certainly violate said copyrights in one way or another.

The best you can do - is the "Mega Packs" that some will accumulate their own works into; You can find a few of these on the STEX - or more recent and up-to-date "Mega Packs" can be found over at SC4Devotion (another site - that you will have to register for independantly of this site).
