HELP PLEASE!!!

I recently started downloading cool stuff from this website, but since the installation of NAM I keep getting the "No Job" logo appearing everywhere!!! It's really bugging me as it wasn't anywhere as near this frequent pre-download. Is the best way to maximize employment thru industry or commercial? Or is there another add-on that can sort this problem that isn't going to affect the overall game ie. not cheating?

How much commercial do you have? Because for the NAM to work you need jobs.
