where can i find the lot editor

Hi, im trying to find the lot editor that Sim City 4's website talks about but for some reason i cannot find the file. the website has no link to the file itself and it says that i have to register the game to download it. i have already registered my game but that was way back when it came out and i think that i registered it on one of my lost EA accounts. Does anyone know where i can find the file for this. thanks

Well you go down on the main page. And it says lot editor. It is very easy to find.

ive gone to the main page and went to tools:lot editor. there are no links to download the editor itself, just some crappy mayor houses and fairs

You do need to be registered and logged on to get it from the main site...But you might try here. It's like the tenth one down.
