3 lane roads and/or trees

    I keep seeing screenshots with avenues with a middle lane and turn lanes. I have also seen some screens with wide sidewalks lined with trees like a downtown street. My question to anyone is, is there any modds or downloads that provide this in the game? I have searched simtropolis and found nothing.

Everything you are asking for is available with the Network Addon Modd (NAM). Click on the "Modds and Downloads" section in the navigation. The NAM should be at the top of that page.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and here's the NAM Essentials and the latest update of the NAM. You must have the NAM for the Essentials and the update to work though.

As for the two yellow lines in the middle of the avenue, that file is locked since they're making a new one.

Here is a screenshot I found supporting what i said earlier. Has anyone seen a road texture like the one in the picture before and if so is it availible. Also the sidewalk in the top right of the picture is what I am looking for. I have searched for these but havent had any luck finding anything. Any help from anyone?
