Ship going through land?

Ok, this does not do any negitive things to the game, but can somebody tell me why this happened?:

First, the ship went on the land.

Then, the ship started to disappear but the cargo stayed.

Finally, the ship was gone and cargo was floating on land.

The second the cargo reaches the avenue, POOF, the cargo is gone and the next ship repeats this glitch over and over and over again. Does anyone know what happened???

My guess is that this happens whenever you use one of the user created Seaports, which it appears you do. I use one as well (the one that upgrades like an airport) and I noticed that the same thing happens. As it does not seem to cause major issues I don't worry about it.
