The Riots Are Missing

Yes, I understand some of you are already like, "Why is this guy worrying about no riots? No riots is a good thing!"

I just like them.

But, for some reason, I can do the worst to my citizens, and yet no one stirs up trouble. My police advisor says, "Citizens calm and content in Motion CIty (my city)" and everything is like messed up!

This is what happened:
I first was able to have riots before.

I threw in the Lots_of_Riots mod by bones1 (uploaded Aug. 09, '05 under keyword 'riot') to make it even more fun (for me).

I was loving it.

Then one day no riots occurred.

I took out the plugin and still no riots. Then I put it back in and still no riots.
So I just took it out.

And there is no more riots.

I have to say though, it was fun while it lasted...*sob*

But anyway, does anyone have an idea as to how or what could I do to bring the destructive side of my cities back on the line?

(I need it for my CJ, too...)

Same thing here, I posted a thread about this on Simcity Central, I also downloaded the mod and it doesn't work. I'd like to see a riot or two at least once so I know how my police force would handle it.

You're not telling, but your mayor rating has to be below fifty for the riots t appear.

Yes...the mayor rating is below -50...and even lower

and the people are all peachy cream

Man so any suggestions on how to get riots in the city? Could anyone whip up a mod or is it not that easy?

Try messing up the traffic. I once gridlocked a residential island of 30,000 and the sims went nuts

Below -50? In the red, halfway down to the bottom? Then they should appear automatically. I don't think I've ever reached -50.

I don't think I wanna do something like that, I want to do something else that would cause riots..

Make huge tax increases and that should make the sims boil.

ive had the same proublem. i Raised taxes to 20.0 % and lowered helth/schools/Fire/Police/water, and lowered power so that there where roling blackouts. and i couldent even git it to -50.
