A fire trainning place/area

Anyone know if this is possible to make or maybe its already in the STEX somewhere (currently looking) I'm wondering, is it possible to make a building any old building with a HIGH HIGH HIGH flammability rating like 80 or so + lemme know if anyone has one or knows of it thanks.

Sorry for double posting but does anyone have maybe a mod that makes everything highly flammable or something I can't get a flame started for some reason.

Okay, i found it on this site now its telling me that OR_DAT.dll hasn't been found or something and its right in the .zip with it this is making me mad...
