Bringing back a university

Earlier today, I accidentally demolished my university in my main city. I built it when the city was small, around 40,000 people, and it has since grown to 200,000 people, with an average education quotient around 160.

For some reason, when it was demolished, it didn't auto-reappear in my rewards bar. I saved over it (I had done a lot of work since my last save) when I exited the game, and I was wondering if there was any way to get it back.

Yes, you can, all you have to do is press Ctrl+x to open up a cheat box, the type in "you don't deserve it" without the quotations. All your rewards will be unlocked, including the university.
