Converting Right Hand Drive to Left Hand Drive Properly

Hi guys, this is my first post on the forum however I have been downloading  content for a few months now.

I just tried changing my Simcity 4 game (With Rush Hour, NAM etc) to left hand drive from right hand drive (Why the Aussie version has right hand drive..I don't know).

I did the registry key, and changed the English folder to "UKEnglsh", so far so good.

I enter the game, my textures and extra things in the backyards of houses dont work properly, my traffic lights are still the wrong way and so are my turning lanes.

Other than that it worked.

Can someone please give me a clear answer as to how I can fix this?

Use the NAM to convert the turning lanes to the left. Uninstall it and then install it but choose the left-hand option.
