Moving Region files

Hello, I recently brought a new computer and had all my files (Sim City 4 Rush Hour) moved over to my new computer, however the regions are appearing blank. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you

Your regions should be stored in /my documents/sim city 4/regions. Check to verify the files are there. You should be able to xfer these files between two computers and your regions will be playable on both. I have Sim City on both my desktop and laptop with the same regions copied to both.
