Possible problem with the LBT Plaza Mall

Since downloading the LBT Plaza Mall on the LEX, I've noticed a green patch in the one of the corners.  This morning, looking more closely at it, I noticed a square in this green patch area that resembles the parking for the rest of the lot.  The patch is on the same long side, but on the opposite side, of Starbucks.  Is this green patch a part of the lot or am I missing a plugin?  I thought I was careful about getting all of them, but I might have missed one.

Can anyone tell me if this green patch is supposed to be a green patch or if I really am missing a plugin (store)?

Over at sc4d the team working on it said there was a problem with the the mall and they were working on it. I believe this was the problem they said.

Thank you Godzillaman for the extra effort. Getting any kind of answer from some people is just impossible if you do not do it 100% correctly. Today, during my lunch period and subsequent breaks, I have felt like I've been communicating with the government, which I do as part of my job. It kind of makes me lose respect for some people and sites. So thank you again for the same Godzillaman.

I found what I'm missing though. It is the Krispy Kreme.

As Krispy Kremes was clearly listed in the Readme and the LEX description why didn't you check that you had ALL the dependencies first?
