Zone 1x1 not growing!!!!

helo,

when I put zones 1x1 they are not growing, not developing.

Someone know WHY? Where is the problem?

I have of course many modds.....

maybe someone had have the same problem.

A picture of the problem would probably be best, as there could be any number of things causing the problem.

No power

Incorrect orientation

Incorrect network access

Insufficient demand

Demand Displacement

Modds

And possibly others.

residential and commercial zones 1x1 - only!! aren`t growing - nothing is building.

I have load new plugins with different modds and this time I have that problem.

Maybe someone could help me??

I have run into a problem with the block all maxis building files similar to this situation. When you have a lot of BATs, and use the blockers, nothing will develop initially. I would suggest moving the blocker files somewhere else, start the game, allowing one of each type of building (R, C, I) to develop, then save, close, and replace the blocker files. That is the only I've ever gotten it to work.

It is all about demand friend.....a 1x1 lot may not be needed if you have RICH sims......if they are RICH...they have bigger properties.....think about it. The mod will almost eliminate 1x1 demands

No I haven`t yet.

You will find many many obsticles in creating a city journal.....when u (IF YOU) decide to do one and post it here........feel free to ask anyone for help......you will find that almost anyone here will be willing to help with getting started on a CJ......because, we all have been there as a NEWBIE!

1 x 1 lots don't seem to grow for quite a while, even with a new game having only farms and 1 x 1 R.  For some reason, unknown to us users, the game wants some 1 x 2's before it will grow 1 x 1's.  You could build a grid of 2 x 1's let them grow, and when the 1 x 1's start growing, bulldoze the 1 x 2's.
