Loosing ground

Hello! I heve a little problem with some new buildings in my city. When I build it, it looks normal (pic 1), but when I place something near, ground becomes black or blue. (pic 2). And the same problem is with some other buildings. Is there any solution?

I think you are missing some base or overlay textures that the lot requires.

I would suggest you check the download description and readme to see if the creator has said there are any dependencies required. If there are you need to download them as well for the lot to work properly.

If the creator has not mentioned any dependencies then I would suggest you check using SC4 Tool to see if there are any unlisted dependencies. You can find information on SC4 Tool in this thread: https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=121&threadid=62826&enterthread=y

It would also be helpful if you gave us the name of the lot and the link to where you downloaded it from.

It requeres BSC Textures MEGA Pack, but it's locked https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=12646 =( And I can't register at SC4Devotion, I don't get email by registering. =(

You will need to get the Mega Pack at SC4 Devotion. Check your junk mail to see if your registration email is in there. A lot of the time that's what the problem is with registration activations. Also try re-registering with a different email address if possible (and be very careful that you type the email address correctly).

There is probably a registrations problems FAQ in a public area it SC4D so check that and make sure you have done everything it says to get your registration working.
