Yes, I turned of the virus/spyware checking, and both games loaded just like normal.  I got the compatability issue notice, but the games started enough for me to save a game.  I didn't play any longer than that, so I will see for sure when I play more.quote>

 

very cool. i'm sure the patche's will deal with the compatability issue...atleast i hope. if not, hopefully they will release a patch that will.

The present patches don't update to Vista, and what I can see on the support forums, they don't intend to. But they may change their minds if they get enough complaints.

Or, maybe we should be prepared to plop down another $60 for Civ5.
