Plugin Problems

I have been trying to get a few of the bats for public transportation and when I try to use them they are wrapped up in a simcity.com package.  Am I missing curtain plugins that go along with these to make them work?

I would say you are missing some dependency files. Two main files are the Bldgprop_vol1.dat, and Bldgprop_vol2.dat. You can get those at the simcity.ea.com site, or maybe from Zedgadis's Mac site. There is a stickie in the Simcity General Discussion forum, "Get Your Maxis Files Here", that links to some files.
