Now, let's go on with the real stuff =) A teaser of the last part of Asmara City.

I would have wanted to show you more, but for some strange reason both city tiles of Asmara City seems to crash.

Not only those have the problem though, few other cities have that problem to It's very sad since I really liked this city, but after trying just about everything I gave up...

Anyway, here's the teaser:

What I also have is the latest edition of Times Magazine with some nice reading material.

Hii everyone, it’s time for a new update!

I wanted to post this before, but didn’t have the time for it since I went to Greece (Kos).. héhé, really needed the relaxation! =p

 

Anyway, what I have for you today is the latest update of Asmara City. I wanted to show more of the city but as stated before, the 3 tiles the city is on don’t work anymore :s 

It’s possible that other cities don’t work anymore neither, but I haven’t had the time to check that yet…

 

So here's the last part of Asmara City (Part III)! Enjoy

» This Cathedral is the center piece of the German Quarter. It’s surrounded by few market squares where mostly the elder 

   love to go to. It is the only church in the entire city since all other got destroyed during the German Occupation. 

   Why they did that is currently still unknown.

» Here you can really see the contrast of old meeting new. Above is the German Quarter and the newly built St. Addielins Clinic 

   leads you into the modern part with the Museum of Modern Arts and the Commercial Office Tower which holds 23 companies 

   and a large mall on the base floor.

» Also on Alexandra Avenue and actually right next to the buildings from the previous mosaic are more new skyscrapers. 

   All of them are for commercial use. About 5 years ago this area was filled with regular low-rise buildings but the city needed jobs 

   and the Movian Government decided to demolish few pieces of land and awarded big tax-advantages for companies who decided 

   to build they HQ here. And I must say that the result is breathtaking! 

» The contrast between shops and apartments are still high in this part of the city. Commercial buildings are more modern 

   and wealthy compared to the poor, big and old residential blocks. But shops had to invest here since there’s no possibility 

   to open such big stores but that doesn’t cut their profit since inhabitants of the German Quarter would else have to go to 

   Eure to find the first hi-retail stores, so they don’t mind

» Last but not least is the building I showed you in the teaser. Asmara City’s Trade Tower which holds ACTC (Asmara City’s Trade Corporation). 

   Everything that goes in and out of the port facilities and airport is arranged here.

And here's something new... It took me few hours of work but I'm really proud of it!

This will now become my official newspaper which I will use 'till the end of my days...

Before I always made a new one because I wasn't totally happy about it. But this one finally really looks like a newspaper

Hey Carmine, I haven't commented lately ...at all but I am really impressed with your work. The detail in your cities is nothing short of presentable. I mean you really outdo yourself every single update and it really shows. Great work and I mean it. You have some of the best presentation skills I have seen. Just keep it up.

Hii Chaps!! Time for a quick update
Today I'm showing you a teaser of one of the airports around New Hélia, called: DYRBERG International.

I wanted to show you more, but I started my first year of College this Monday in Interior-Architecture and believe me, it's HARD!
Lessons ALL day from 8:20AM 'till 5:00PM =O So to be honest, I don't know when the update will be posted...

Anyway, here's the teaser for now:

Not only Asmara! I love the whole Movian Empire This is the best teaser I have ever seen. You got my fully interested in how the airport will look! And by the way have you made the terminall yourselve or is it available somwhere?
