A regional issue where one city crashes the game.

I have a really strange issue. I have a region which I play rather frequently and there were three citites I had decently built up but got bored of them and moved away from them to make a better looking region. Long story short I want to build into these lands so I went into two of the 3 and obliterated them to start fresh.

The third city however is giving me some big problems. When I load into the city, it brings up a corner of the city and loads all the buildings and as soon as everything is loaded the whole game crashes to desktop.

Is there anyway to delete this city without loading it, so I can start from fresh and hopefully not crash. Or does anyone know of a way to fix this crash?

ohh man, its bee too long since i deleted a city... Sorry guys I just re-found the delete city button from the region menu. I feel like an idiot. I'll update if I still have the same crash problem in that space though

Edit: Everything is working fine now. Must have been a problem in the city itself. I'm glad I didn't like the city haha.
