Need help refinding a file

I downloaded a file called St Davi'ds Hotel and Spa a few days ago I guess, and after looking trying to plop it, I seem to be missing a dependency. This normally wouldn't be a problem, but I can't seem to refind the file on any of the major English exchanges (stex, plex, or devotion). I am fairly sure I got it off one of these 3 sites even after searching, and I have no idea who the creator is anymore.  One of the lots with it mentions it going along with the BSC parks lots, but I still cant find it. If anyone knows where this file is, and can direct me to it so I can fix the problem, I'd be very greatful.

The model for St David's Hotel is in BSC MEGA Props CAL Vol01 on the LEX at SC4Devotion.
