Sharing cities/regions between players

Me and a few friends want to be able to share our cities/regions between ourselves, without messing anything up. Is there any way to do this, and if so, how? Thanks a lot.

u no that u have to need all the plugins ur friends using and than it should be no problem to share it but wut u mean wit mess it up ?

You each have to have the identical set of plugins and agree not to add any more.  The best way to do this kind of exchange is on CD.

Identical plugins? What if we both have unmodded versions, just the patch added. And, how exactly would we switch the cities. Just find the file in the game itself and email it or something?

These files tend to be enormous.  You may have an e-mail limit on file size, so I would zip them before sending.  Then you have to import the city from a directory, overlaying the existing one.

Yes, if your mailer allows it.  why do you ask these questions?  Why not just try it?
