there used to be a public bus system in my hometown, it was relatively small network that wasn't very effective. so they turned private, and now you gotta be a member to ride the bus, no longer are the days of hoping on a bus with $1 or $2 to get wherever your going...

there is however, a wonderful ferry system, abit slow, but we do have the highspeed gambling boat!

the trains however, are garbage. there is a commuter line that sort of links up where metro north ends in new haven, but with much fewer trains. a single train goes to grand central, and another to boston. there is plenty of freight traffic though..
