Power across rivers without power lines??

I want to get power to a neighborhood across a river but do not want to use those big red power lines because it is to be a wealthy residential zone. The neighboring city have a power plant with a huge capacity, so I do not want to put a power plant in this city as it imports power. Is there another way to get power across a river aside from those red power lines? thanks in advance.

Any sort of bridge carries power, so you could build one if it suits your plan.

what I usally do is use the 1x1 power lots , fits in nicely with the commerical and you can find it on here .
