Resetting Nam options

I installed the Nam for the first time a couple of weeks ago and have been using the various new transportation options in existing cities as well as making a number of "test beds" to experiment and learn about these options (GLR is the greatest, Rail over Road for some reason gives me fits). When I installed I somehow skipped over the "options" section and so my installation is about as standard as you can get. I want to choose the "perfect paythfinding" option and enable turning lanes. The way I understand it, I have to uninstall the nam and re-install to change my options. SO here's my question, Do I need to demolish all the nam construction I've done before I uninstall? I don't intend to play or otherwise load the game between the uninstall and reinstall. Also, I'm playing SC4 Deluxe (U.S.) and the nam is the only mod I have. I have never used downloaded content or mucked about in any of my folders in any way. I'm really hoping I don't have to go into my cities and destroy the various GLR and undeground rail I've been working so hard on...

Uninstall the NAM, and before playing, install it again choosing the option you want, you don't have to demolish anything.
