problem on SC4 RH

I am using Sim City 4  time and I never had problems. this week I installed rush hour pack ( without problems in the installation ) and they had appeared, when i play the RH pack there is no words in the game menu ( nothing !!! only the buttons to click ) , and when i choose something  to construct  the game stops work and freeze my PC. so i had to do a hard reset. now when I play Sim City 4 standard everything work's normally. a don´t know what to do.

i think a can change the old Sim City 4 RH crack to the Standard Sim City 4 crack file, and put a language translator for the RH pack work normally.

I can make in this way ?

Sorry, we won't discuss cracking the game.  It is contrary to our agreement with Maxis/EA.

It sounds like you need to reinstall the whole shooting match, without cracks.  If you can't do this because you don't have legitimate keys to install the game and expansion pack, you should go buy a copy of deluxe from a legal source.  This contains the whole game.  It does, of course, need to be registered then updated from the home site.
