Neighbor Deals... How to?

Hey, I've looked through the Omnibus, and I can't find anything on how to manage regions as a whole. How do I create neighbor deals, ala SC2-3? How do I make sure regional connections line up? What mods are available for the regional map? I've tried using RegionTransportLegendMod and it doesn't seem to do anything? I'm interested in moving past my little towns and start making my region work together... -Crissa

Connections are automatically done, so as long as you don't destroy the connection in the neighboring city, you're fine.

In order for a deal to be available, there has to be a reasonable amount of supply on one side and demand on the other. If there is, you just open your budget window, click 'neighbor deals' and then click 'initiate deal' under the deal you're looking for.

    So I have to:

    go into one city,

    make a surplus or demand,

    and then save,

    open the next city,

and /then/ there should be a neighbor deal available?

    Rinse and repeat?

Yep. Build a water pump in Lalaland, bring funding up, now Lalaland has way more water than it knows what to do with. Run a pipe over to Loserville next door. Then go into Loserville, build some stuff, there's no water pump, open budget menu > neighbor deals, you should see "Initiate Deal" under "Lalaland" under "Water."

Like he said, but make sure you really have enought supply / need. Like for me, the biggest funding of Lunartown have is buying others citys garbages, but sometime he can't because the other city aren't developed enought to produce the minimum garbage peossible to sell (or even if they have, it may take up some month/years before the deal is available)
