Transferring Regions Mac to Mac...is it possible?

Hello, I am new to this here forum and don't know where to start so forgive me if I am asking a silly question...

I have the SimCity 4 Deluxe pack for my Mac and I just got a faster model that I wanted to transfer the region to. My laptop that I had been working on is starting to slow down during the game and I thought that the faster computer would help towards fixing that issue.

I cannot find anything when it comes to that topic so I thought I would post and see what happens.

Well, I don't know whether the MAC structure is the same as a PC, but on a PC, since everything is table driven, write your Regions folder and both Plugins folders to a CD or DVD, install the game on your new machine, and read them back in.
