STEX CD has not come...

Well I donated $20 to Simtropolis over two weeks ago and I never got a STEX CD, I have no idea  who/or how I can contact some one at Simtropolis about it....any one have any ideas?

You need to donate a minimum of $30 .

Depending on where you live it can take a little while getting through the post. If it really is taking long you could shoot an email to stexcd@simtropolis.com.

As far as I know the CDs are not express mailed, and they are made and shipped out by one person. Because of this it can take a while, especially if you live outside of Canada/US.

Hummm, well I am in New York USA, I guess I will give it another week. I had called the post office earlier in the week and they said it should only be like a week...but any one in the US knows the Post office is FARRR from perfect here, Thanks for your help.

OK, let's assume you mailed it in and it got there in a few days. Then you have to factor in that discs are only published once a week on Mondays, so if your donation made it there on Tuesday, then you'll have to wait a week for it to be processed. Then there's a one to two week shipment time (assuming you live in the US or Canada). I'd give it at least another week before you should start wondering where the discs are.
