SuperDemand Mod not working?

Hi! I've read similar threads about problems with the superdemandmod but i can't find any solution that works for me.

Its like this..before the superdemand worked fine..and then after i cleaned the plugins folder(i didnt touch the sdemand folder), it didnt work anymore. Now the demand bars are just going up a little. If i start a new city or a new region the superdemand doesn's work. I've tried to remove the demandmod, play the game for a while, then reinsert it. But nothing seems to work. The strange thing is, if i open my latest region(where i used the mod), the mod is working.

Anyone got a solution?

I've never heard of this happening, check your tax rates just to be sure its not that. You could always unistall sc4 but keep our saved cities and then reinstall the game again. A moderators might know a better answer.

I believe that mod adds ordinances that have to be invoked.  Have you done so?

now its working again! just had to build some cities next to it and then the meters went up by the time.

but its strange because i didnt have to do that before...
