Well in main city, my $$$ as usual are always being abandoned due to commute time. on the graph my commute time average is around 50 is that a good number? realistically in this game what is a good number to please those $$$ residents? or is it because i didnt plan my zoning well or some other reason?

on my transportation map, it's mostly green with hints of yellow and red here and there...

and btw im using a non-abandonment mod.

The number doesn't matter at all, as long as you're below a certain maximum, which is far above 100 minutes. This means that a city with an average commute time of 80 minutes may work well, whereas a city with a commute time of 20 minutes might have lots of problems. The correct mixture between wealth categories themselves and suitable jobs for each of these categories is what counts.

o_O how would 20 minute commute time be a problem? The one reason why i am using that mod, which i meant non-depletion mod is because as soon as a $$$ is build more offend then not it will be abandoned and replaced by $$ residents... but i think i understand what you mean

What T Wrecks meant is that the "average commute time" number doesn't actually cause abandonment (unless it's at the max, which is very high) and therefore a 20-minute-commute city could have problems just as easily as an 80-minute-commute city.  Your problem is likely that there just aren't enough jobs for rich people.  Try developing high-tech industrial or high-wealth commercial areas.

The commute time abandonment message is the fall back when the game doesn't really know.  Usually abandonment is caused by not enough jobs, in the case of R$$$.  You also have to remember that R$$$ mostly want to drive to work.  Your R$$$ population should not be more than about 15% in a fully mixed city.  Even a Co$$$ doesn't provide many jobs for CEOs, presidents, etc.
