Missing City in Region?

I recently reorganized my Plugins folder to save disk space and RAM. The old Plugins folder size was 1.05GB, and now it's at about 565Mb. When opening SC4 after doing that, I received a message ingame that said I was missing plugin packs. I then fixed the problem by including the right files and the right dependencies in the Plugins folder.

I then reopened SC4, and found out that city I had previously opened that displayed the missing plugins window had been turned to blank, had all terraforming erased, and had been leveled to the ground (this is from region view). However, when opening the city, I found that all of the buildings and lots in the city were still there (this is from city view).

I don't know, but I think this might be a visual problem or a glitch. Any ideas?

You just need to play the city and save it, that will usually fix the region view.

Other things will do that too like Quick save, or CTD wile saving, and other things too.

Thank you, ryusuke for helping me solve the problem. The city has now appeared in region view.
