I have bought Simcity4 last month.I went to simcity .com to enter my product code ,but someone has use the code already. I am sure that no one have open the CD box of the game before.Now I can't update my simcity 4!!!Can anyone help me?

Bring it back to the store you bought it from get your money back and go buy it elsewhere. They sold you a used game...

Oh, I think I haven't write clearly enough.I am sure that it is not a unlegal copy.My problem is that someone use some method to get the code without getting the game .I think giving back the game to the shop is useless in this case.I just want to know if there are any ways to get my code back?
