wierd demand

Hello,

I'm having problems with my demand. My I-D (and most of the time, I-M) drops to negative demand once i start building a city (or when i continue building a city)... it only builds around 1-5 buildings at the start then it stops making more. is it problems with some plugins or mods?

Somehow, the "Neighborhoods" i took from The Sims 2 worked more normally...

*some more details about my problem*

Commercial is kinda low and below.. i think that's ok..

Industry: farms are normal.. I-D is around halfway from the middle to the bottom or less

I-M is sometimes normal or low but sometimes in the negatives

I-HT is most of the time above the middle.. (at the start of a city, too!) but when a (few) HT sprouts the demand goes negative...

If you think it is mod trouble, move them all out of the game into a folder on your desktop.  Run the game and see if demand has become normal.

If you are using Industry mods, read their documentation more carefully, and be sure you understand what they are doing.

I am having a weird issue too with my industrial growth.. my I-HT demand is through the roof, but when I zone I-H nothing grows. Weird. Trying to figure it out just the same. Only thing I have downloaded lately were a bunch of Jestarr's industrial lot/bat's and ralphninja road pollution mod.

Thanks, N_O_Body. My demand has become more normal but still low, but livable demand. I think that's just because it's beside another city with this problem (connected to another city with this problem and so on).

I figured my problem out. Pollution of the non-road type. Check yours out.

Hi, im having weird demand problems as well. generally my demand for all is nil or negative with spikes in positives that quickly dimish with the no work signs -_-. Im using the 4x industry mod... that may be the problem because i can't think of anything that would account for that.

im having weird problems with my CO demands. the CO$$$ is actually normal now but my CO$$ is still always under demand like around -4000 to -6000. can this be solved with jus deleting a few things?

If either of you have neighbor cities, remember their demand is factored into each city connected to them.
