Need Stex Help

(not sure if this is the right thread but...)

I've had this game for a while and just started playing again because I wanted to try out some of the files from the STEX cd.  It says I need dependency files in order for some of the custom content to work.  When I click on the links for the dependeny files, they don't work.  I've tried looking for these files using the search feature on simtropolis but with no luck.  Can someone please help me figure all this stuff out - I'm kind of a newbie at this.

Without knowing what files you seek, it would be hard to say why you aren't able to find them.

Some of the files have been moved to SC4Devotion.com, and there they would be on the LEX, which requires registration.

Some of the dependent files have been collected into mega packs, therefore would not be availble as single files.

If the CD is the first one, the links would really be iffy.
