Why is the Official BAT Request Thread locked?

I would like some DC subway stations.  There is one already on the STEX that looks a LOT like one I saw this morning on the way to the grocery store, so I don't need that one.  BUT on the way into the metro area from the west on Interstate 66 East you can see several subway stations in the middle of the freeway.  They have covered walkways going over the highway to (supposedly) a parking lot in Suburbia.  No, there is no access to the stations from I66.  I will post pictures as soon as they are available.

*BTW*  They all look the same--all the ones in the middle of the highway.

And the ones I'm talking about are more GLR-in-highway than subway, so I don't know why they are called subway stations.

And another thing:  how about a "third rail"?  They are actually wires used to provide power for the electric trains in the DC subways and are VERY DANGEROUS!!!  Don't touch them, but they are perfectly safe to mod.
