My labtop wont run the second disk

OK, heres the point, when i try to install the game the first disc installs without problem, but when i get to the second its like my cd reader isnt capable of reading it (the odd thing is that i had the same pc before but it had a problem so i had to change it, and, in that one i installed it without problems) And when it tries to read the second disc it make weird sounds. But sometimes i can read the disc without problem and its weird. Can someone tell me how to solve it or download a driver or something?

Well, that's a little overkill, mon ami.  Anyway, try turning off autorun on your CD drive.  And do check the manufacturer of the drive for firmware/software/driver upgrades for it.

Now, another point.  I note that you have 512MB with an integrated graphics card.  This is very thin for SC4.  The best quick thing you can do is set your Virtual Memory (paging file) to maximum (4096MB both initial and maximum).  With only that small amount of memory, if SC4 loads at all, it will be slow in all but small tiles.  Everything is kept in memory or paged.  As the city grows, so do your in memory tables.

The threshold for XP SP2 and SC4 to live together in your kind of machine is 768MB RAM.  You need an upgrade of at least 256M, and preferably 512MB to take you to 1GB.  With that slow processor, the game will pin it at 100%, so you could also experience overheat shutdowns.

I am sorry to say that this game is a processor and memory eater, but most simulations are.  If you can, you would be better off on a desktop machine.  Light duty equipment like laptops just are not built for this kind of processing.
