Links to CJ's

Could anyone explain to me how on earth you create your own link to your CJ's.

What im talking about is the small pic at the bottom of each reply you make of a small section of your city with the CJ name over it, and once you click on it ir takes you to your own  CJ!!

I think that made sence, please help as im not getting many comments on my CJ!!

To make a link (in a sig), highlight the word you want to be the link and click the world symbol at the top, it has like a link chain thing on the bottom. Then copy/paste your URL into the box where it says to.

To make picturess into links, go to the little mountain symbol at the top of the sig thing, put in the URL for your picture, and then go to the link tab at the top and copy/paste the URL of the page you want the pic to link to. I hope that made sense lol
