Tim Schafer games

After playing Psychonauts countless times and being amazed with just every single aspect of the game (the attention to detail, the story, the characters, some of the best level design ever and some of the best graphics - from an artistic point of view - in the last generation of consoles) I kept my eyes open for a copy of Grim Fandango catching dust in some shelf... but I ended up getting it from a friend of mine, and I'm not giving it back. I know I'm a bit late and everyone is probably too busy waiting for GTA IV or Halo 3 (or maybe even that lame excuse for SC5) to pay attention to me... but all I can say is that I'm hooked. Attention to detail, great story, great characters, amazing artistic direction, surprisingly good graphics for a game that old, it's all there. No GTA IV for me, my friend.

Before Psychonauts the only Tim Schafer games I had played was Day of the Tentacle, and I was too little and didn't even speak English at the time, so I obviously didn't get the best out of it. I didn't even know I was playing a Tim Schafer game.

So, does anyone else like this guy's work? And most importantly, can anyone tell me if his earlier games like DotT, the Monkey Island series or Full Throttle have been released as abandonware or something? I need to play those...
