Does anybody know where I can find this, I saw it in the Capilano Valley City Journal, but I can't find it on any kind of Exchange, and the only normal wal-marts that I can find are all locked. I asked this at sc4d but they didn't apparently like that I asked, so I thought I'd try it here. You can't have a realistic city without this.

there is an old model of a small walmart by baco

the best ones I know of though are by Bobbo77, but his had to be locked due to a problem with lot growth stage or something that had them growing on lots too small for them... you may have seen his in that journal.
