Hi,

Nothing works ... It works with C and R ( Using the CTRL, ALT and SHIFT ) ... but not Indrustries ... what am I doing wrong ... do I need some kind of mod ?

I got the:

ZoningMod_x2.dat

industry-quadrupler-2.dat

in

D:\Games\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Plugins\

and

NetworkAddonMod_PC_june2007.zip

I got this patch installed:

UPDATE_SKU1_TO_P1_B638.EXE From EA

I'm am totally lost here ....

To zone industrial, just hit the X or C key and drag the mouse.  What happens when you do this?

On other pages they also write about the zone size ... R i make either 3x2 or 3x3 in the start ... but they also tend to evolve to 1x3 .... but I guess thats normal and C also 3x2 and 3x3 ... good or ?

If you're looking to see the arrows and lines like the R and C lots have, you won't see it in industrial. You can see arrows in the zoning data view. With industrial, the arrows don't matter because all sides are transit enables to accomodate running rail through the industrial zones.

Indeed you can zone industrial. Select the type of Ind. ( C for high density, X for medium) you want, then drag your curser while holding the Ctrl key down. Remember to release your curser before you let go of the Ctrl key, or no zone direction. If the arrows go a way you do not want, press V and dezone, redo the zone and press both Ctrl and Alt, that will reorient the zone. Always read the size in the lot file, ie: 4x3 mean 4 wide, 3 deep. But a little warning, just because you zone, say 6x6, doesn't mean it may not split to 3x3, thats the box of chocolates syndrome.
