Terrorism Hits The City of St.John's

At 4:34 this afternoon, terror struck the residents and workers of Downtown St.John's. Several explosions went off in the basement of the LG Electronics Tower, sending it collapsing to the ground. No details have been released but this is suspected to be the work of rebels in neighboring Portworth. Ironically, today was Canada Day, when the people of Portworth were expected to be celebrating the occasion.

Luckily there were no deaths, only soe minor injuries due to the fact that it was a holiday and very few people were in the building. The LG tower was the pride of the city being its newest, nicest and tallest building, only being built two years ago. Tourism in the city is expected to take a huge hit which is not good for the economy or repulation. Prime Minister Trent Peckford was quoted saying "we dont want to be known as a violent or bad place to visit. whoever did this will pay, this is not over." Region of Baker will send clean up volunteers over to St. John to help clean up the mess (Mainly American volunteers will go). Good luck on capturing the terrorist.

Grant, I was informed by the government officials of Region of Baker, that the trade agreement on my end will be sent to my office for my signing and I will personally hand over the trade agreement to you. Anyway, consider it a done deal. I have informed local officials to lower ALL flags to half staff. The Canadian Prime Minister (vacationing in Azalea District, Manitoba Region of Baker), has condemmed the Nyland terrorist and ordered ALL Canadian flags to half staff and same as the American President. We're all in mourning here, it's very sad and we're all hoping the terrorists are bought to justice through swift police action!

and my CJ is coming soon, the region is nowhere near to where I want it to be (plus there's a teeny tiny bit of The Sims 2 involved---for character pictures and stuff.)

Cool Grant. I have signed the Trade Agreement and it will be mailed out tomorrow and thanks for allowing my people help clean up at the site. I will be releasing some news later on in my cj. (The news and the update will come tomorrow, RL hitting today for me)

A concert to benefit the victims' families was officially announced today. there are some pretty big names involved, good for a day out. The venue is schedualed to be the Kings Concert Grounds (to come) but if the weather is poor it will be the NovaAir Centre in Queensborough (also to come)

Also, a new transit syatem for the city of Queensborough has been announced...
