Uploading Regions from Website on MAC

    Maybe my first question was too confusing. All I really want to know is how to upload regions from this website on a mac. I can use SC4TerraFormer because its fro pc.  Can someone help?

    Also, any suggestions about the nightlighting would be greatly appreciated
