This is a beachset to build a beach at a irregular coast:

Contents (in order in parkmenu):

Beach lots:
- 1x1 sand
- 1x1 sand with palm
- 1x1 sand with palms (differently as old version)
- 1x1 sand with stand
- 1x1 sand with accessories (new)
- 2x2 sand with accessories (new)
- 8x5 baywatch
- 9x5 beach (normal)
- 1x1 water-lot
- 2x2 water-lot (and land) (new)
- 3x3 water-lot (and land)
- 1x4 water-lot (and land)

Parking lots:
- 1x1 parking lot with wall
- 1x3 parking lot with wall
- 1x1 parking lot entrance
- 1x1 parking lot corner
- 1x1 parking lot corner (inner)
- 1x1 parking lot without wall

Beach promenade lots (new!):
- 1x1 beach promenade (normal)
- 1x1 beach promenade without wall
- 1x1 beach promenade with stand
- 1x1 beach promenade with fountain
- 1x6 beach promenade with flags
- 1x1 beach promenade corner

Wow you guys do make very nice BATs! Some are so amazing I cannot believe I am downloading and with me I never like downloading skyscrapers only if they are perfect enough for my skyline. If ya know what I mean Well I really can wait for this apartment

Yes, i have enough Skyscraper (i think the other people, too). One reason to build little appartments or condos.

Maybe i build sometime a little bit taller buildings. But no skyscrapers.

Time you hear something from the man behind ISAT

I found some interessting pics of could-be skylines of Berlin with mass of skyscrapers arround Alexander Platz in Berlin Mitte.
I won't do any 1:1 copies of these skyscrapers(I can't totally gues their shape, height and details from these few pics) but I'll do best I can

Maybe ready to 35%-40%, the textures need a general overhaul, some details want to be build on that building and I still have to do all of the nightlightning and so on

Here a Preview of my third Bat TASI Building. It will be a R

This looks very nice and unique, andreue! Don't hesitate to make it R$$; of all residential categories, R$$ is the one you need most, and the one that has the least decent BATs. R$$$ is so overcrowded already...

Concerning the textures, the grey texture of the lower part looks a bit odd indeed. The upper part of the building looks nicely textured to me, and I really like the nightlights! The only place where they look a bit strange is at the upper half of the building; the wall that faces the bottom left of the screenshot. First, the bright light cone of the spot starts, then it gets darker, all of a sudden, there's a hrizontal line, and above this line, the wall is suddenly much brighter again... apart from that, great work!
