Building World is a new game that I just heard of. It should released in September. Here's site I cant go into detail because Im vey busy at the moment.

This game is a good game in it's own right, but I notice a lot of people seem to be confusing this game for a city builder/simulation. It's actually a construction game where you are allowed to make a building in a premade city. Perhaps competition for the SimTower, but not SimCity. The game looks good, but it's in a different world than SCS, SC4, CL & CU.
