type in the search on the stex CP and you should come up with a few results but read the read me files first my friend,there are a lot of trees by others too

Spoty, the best terrain and trees that anyone has to offer can be found on the St-exchange. Just search for cycledog's (or CP's like jaqulina suggested) Columbus terrain mod. I think that there's another downloadable that cycledog included (Cycledog Tree Mod, I believe) that adds some really realistic trees to your mayoral inventory.

Yes, there are a lot of tree mods.  The one I uses is jeronij's, so you should also check the LEX at SC4Devotion.

For terrain, that's up to you.  You can use the SC4Terraformer, you can download some pretty accurate terrains from the STEX under Maps, you can create random terrains using the Landscape Designer, or you can join the Mapping discussion under custom content and find out how to make your own gray-scale map.
