Error Downloading files

Recently I've benn downloading some files and there have been errors opening the zip. Most of them work fine, but certain files such as the BSC parks base set dont work... There is an error log in winrar. The same thing occurs for the Tera Former. Is there any way to fix this?

Have you tried to re-download? Sometimes files get corrupted while downloading.

Yes, I have tried redownloading many times. I even tried it with another uncompressor program. I still get the same errors. There is an unexpected end of file.
